I offer a bespoke service based on your needs. My primary services all fall under the online/content marketing umbrella and include Social Media Management and Marketing, blogging, writing and editing, email marketing and newsletters and event planning and event marketing.  In our consultation we’ll explore your requirements and devise a solution that’s going to work best for you.

Why should I use an independent contractor instead of hiring a member of staff?

My clients tell me that they love having me as their virtual online marketer because they don’t have the overheads and HR responsibilities of taking on a staff member and they only pay for the time they need me for.

So, how does it all work?

I offer a range of online marketing services and am happy to discuss your requirements in more detail and tailor a solution that’s right for you.  Below I break down the process for you:

  • The first step to a lighter workload and stress-free life is contacting me to arrange your free consultation. We can speak via Skype, Zoom, Messenger, WhatsApp or phone. This is your chance to tell me what your current challenges are and for me to tell you how I can help resolve and manage these challenges.
  • I send you my terms and conditions (you can also find these on my website along with my privacy policy and cookie policy). 
  • We then have a further briefing session just prior to the commencement of work (billable).
  • We discuss how to get started, how and when work will be delivered, deadlines if there are any, how often we will hold catch up online meetings and calls, how feedback will be delivered, how I’ll keep you informed of progress on projects or tasks and so forth.

How much do you charge and what are the payment options?

I offer a range of payment options and packages with varying fee structures to offer you flexibility and so you are able to choose what suits you and your needs best. You can find out more on my Rates and Packages page here, or you are welcome to contact me to discuss. 

Payment is preferred by bank transfer, standing order or PayPal.

 

Am I tied into the package or solution I choose indefinitely?

No, it is completely flexible and clients are welcome to switch to a different solution at any time.

Are there any other costs involved?

Billable time includes meetings outside of contracted hours and includes the writing and/or reading of correspondence sent by email and all telephone conversations following the initial free consultation.   

Is this a confidential service?

Yes, and I’m more than happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if needed.

How do I work?

My business operates 100% virtually and I work normal business hours, Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. I harness the power of internet technologies such as Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and online project management tools. All of the services I offer are carried out remotely.

What if I want to meet you in person?

My business model is 100% virtual and I find that video meetings work just as well as usual face to face meetings. As well as being super convenient, using video conferencing saves you time and money by not having to travel or pay for my travel time.

Any documents or visual work that we need to review together can be shared by email in advance and during the online meeting.

What experience and qualifications do you have?

I hold a professional certificate in Content Marketing with the Institute of Data and Marketing (IDM), and a professional diploma in Social Media Marketing with the Shaw Academy. I also hold a diploma in Freelance Journalism with the ICS, a degree in English, Media and Film and a diploma in Psychology. I have over 18 years’ experience in online and content marketing, high-level Business Support, Events Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, Editing and Copywriting and International Teaching.  I’ve worked in a variety of sectors for both small and large-sized organisations both in the UK and abroad. 

I’m a motivated self-starter with a broad range of interests and know for sure I’ll never tire of learning new things.
